Abstrak

Next Generation Network (NGN) designed to fulfill requirement of Infrastructure Information Communication in past Century 21. Network is expected shall no
longer have the character of TDM but have in the form of
efficient packages, but with (QoS) guaranteed. (NGN) have to
can manage and bring is assorted traffic according to
requirement of customer which continuously growth. ITU-T
Rec.Y.20001 (12/2004). VoIP defining a system using Internet Protocol Network for sending package voice out of one place to other place by using
based IP Protocol. This Technology apply package process switch
that is process of delivery of data is assorted to become some
smalls parts for then sent through Networks based IP. Supported
Protocol VoIP also have progressively grow like SIP (Session
Initiation Protocol) which will do process connect and disconnect
a call. To guarantee Quality of Service from Network generally
apply protocol (RSVP) Resource Reservation Protocol for
delivery of data.
From result of this research was gotten by several conclusions
that by using the mechanism without RSVP in VoIP Technology
in the NGN system Got results of the achievement of the system
that was better for the number of user up to 200 users whereas
the number of users more than 200 achievement signaling
fantastic used the RSVP scheme gave results of the achievement
that descended the existence of the increase in the number router
in the network core MPLS was seen by the existence of the
decline in the achievement of the system in the scheme no-RSVP
whereas the used codec will be influential against
jitter,latency,throughput and packet loss good in the RSVP and
no-RSVP scheme also.
