RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM KONTROL MESIN COLD BREW ULTRASONIC ASSISTED EXTRACTION (UAE) BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ARDUINO UNO

Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan pembuatan sistem kontrol on-off untuk mengontrol temperatur dan durasi waktu proses ekstraksi pada Mesin Cold Brew Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) Berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Sistem ini terdiri dari komponen peltier 12706, MLX90614, RTC DS3231, relay 6 channel, mikrokontroler Arduino Uno, kipas DC, keypad 4x1, serta LCD 16x2. Sistem kontrol dapat dibangun dengan menggunakan sensor MLX90614 dan RTC DS3231 yang dihubungkan terhadap LCD 16x2 sebagai penampil data pembacaan sensor dan di program mengunakan bahasa program C. Pada pengujian akurasi sistem kontrol durasi waktu proses, sensor RTC DS3231 mampu mengontrol durasi waktu proses ekstraksi dengan nilai rata-rata error sebesar 1,2 detik. Menggunakan metode regresi linier dan korelasi pearson pada pengujian akurasi sistem kontrol temperatur diperoleh nilai rata-rata error sebesar 0,001ËšC dan nilai korelasi segresi linier sebesar 0.9458. Selain nilai rata-rata error, pada sistem kontrol temperatur dihasilkan waktu respon sistem kendali selama 17 menit (1020 sekon) untuk mengubah nilai temperatur ruangan sebesar 30ËšC menjadi temperatur set point sebesar 25ËšC.

ABSTRACT
In this research, an on-off control system was made to control the temperature and duration of the extraction process on the Arduino Uno Microcontroller-based Cold Brew Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction Machine (UAE). This system consists of 12706 Peltier components, MLX90614, RTC DS3231, 6 channel relay, Arduino Uno microcontroller, DC fan, 4x1 keypad, and 16x2 LCD. The control system can be built by using the MLX90614 sensor and RTC DS3231 which is connected to the LCD 16x2 as a sensor reader data viewer and programmed using the C program language. In testing the accuracy of the processing time duration control system, the RTC DS3231 sensor can control the extraction process time duration with an average value average error of 1.2 seconds. Using the linear regression method and Pearson correlation in testing the accuracy of the temperature control system obtained an average error value of 0.001ËšC and a linear correlation value of 0.9458. In addition to the average error value, the temperature control system produces a response time for the control system for 17 minutes (1020 seconds) to change the room temperature value of 30 ° C to a set point temperature of 25 ° C.
