The development of subsidized housing plays a crucial role in meeting basic human needs and the economic needs of families. This study focuses on the D'GEDONG RESIDENCE subsidized housing complex in Amlapura City, Karangasem Regency, which experienced significant growth from 2021 to 2023. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the level of public satisfaction with subsidized housing and identify factors influencing this satisfaction. The research method used a questionnaire analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that of the 122 respondents surveyed, the average satisfaction level reached 65.09%. This indicates that the majority of buyers are quite satisfied with their subsidized housing ownership in Karangasem Regency.
