Leadership and Teamwork Influence Employee Work Productivity at CV. Berkah Jaya Sentosa

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and teamwork on employee work productivity at CV. Berkah Jaya Sentosa. Work productivity is an important aspect in supporting the achievement of company goals, especially in the garment industry which relies on the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and associative research design. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees as research respondents and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (F), and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. In addition, teamwork has also been shown to have a positive and significant influence on work productivity. Together, these two variables contribute significantly to increasing employee work productivity. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of effective leadership and strengthening collaboration between team members can be an important strategy in improving organizational performance and productivity.
