Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the Influence of Compensation and Work Environment Affects Employee Performance at PT. TWS Organizer Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 70 tour guide employees at PT. TWS Organizer Indonesia. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially the Influence of Compensation variable (X1) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 15.140> t-table 1.671. Partially the Work Environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at PT. TWS Organizer Indonesia with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05 and a t-count value of 3.231> t-table 1.671. Then simultaneously the Compensation Influence variable (X1) and the Work Environment variable (X2) have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an Fcount value of 369.227> Ftable 3.15. Based on the results of the data, it can be concluded that the Influence of Compensation and Work Environment have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. Tws Organizer Indonesia.
