Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the commitment of outsourcing worker organizations in BUMDes Citaringgul Bogor which is influenced by community empowerment and work welfare. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of community empowerment and work welfare on organizational commitment, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is an associative quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to all outsourcing workers as respondents. The results of the study found that community empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, work welfare has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Together, these two factors have a strong contribution in determining the level of commitment of workers. The implication is that the management of BUMDes needs to strengthen the active involvement of workers in empowerment programs and improve work welfare facilities in a sustainable manner in order to build stronger loyalty and emotional attachment of workers.
