ANALISA PENYEBAB TIDAK TERCAPAINYA REALISASI TERHADAP POTENSI PENERIMAAN ZAKAT PROFESI ASN KOTA BOGOR

Abstract

Zakat is also an instrument of income distribution that plays a role in the development of the welfare of the people. The potential for zakat ASN Bogor City has great potential, but in reality the realization of zakat funds collection for ASN Bogor City by BAZNAS Bogor City has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze what causes the realization of the ASN profession's zakat acceptance not to be achieved in the city of Bogor. This study uses a descriptive approach, data collection techniques that the author uses through qualitative research, in processing and analyzing data the author uses an inductive method. The data sources used are primary data sources, data taken directly from informants consisting of BAZNAS Bogor City management, Bogor City Regional government, community leaders, Muzaki and Mustahik zakat, observations, direct interviews with the Bogor City Amil Zakat Agency, and secondary data sources obtained from literature and documentation that support this discussion such as books, papers, articles and so on. From the results of this study, it will be concluded that the cause of the non-achievement of realization of the potential for acceptance of zakat for the profession of ASN in Bogor City.
