Journal History

Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil, published by Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil publishes research results, scientific reviews, theory and applications as well as other information in the fields of science, technology and applied science; especially civil engineering, environmental engineering, and urban management. Jurnal komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil issued biannually, on February and August each year. Articles are written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil was first established in 2017, with the first edition: Vol. 1(1) 2017, printed in February 2017. On August 24th, 2018, Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil has been registered with p-ISSN 2615-3513.

Electronic issues of Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil was established at Vol. 3 (1) 2019, published in February 2019. On January 03rd, 2019, Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil has been registered with e-ISSN 2655-934X. From that day on, all articles will be published in electronic form. Articles that have been published in printed paper are then converted into electronic article form.

Started from Vol. 3 (1) 2019, published in February 2019, new layout is introduced. The layout used for 4 editions. Started from Vol. 5 (1) 2021, published in February 2021, the layout has been used for 2 years was renewed, with addition of DOI on articles header.

In November 2021, Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Teknik Sipil established partnership with Seminar Nasional Ketekniksipilan, Infrastruktur dan Industri Jasa Konstruksi (KIIJK 2021).

On October 3rd, 2022, Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil has been accredited by SINTA 4 according to the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, No. 204/E/KPT/2022.

In November 2022, Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Teknik Sipil established partnership with Seminar Nasional Rekayasa, Sains dan Teknologi (SNARS-TEK) 2022.

Since the first period of the publication, Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil. issued biannually, on February and August each year, with 6 articles published for each edition. Based on our monitoring and the growing enthusiasm of the readers who interested in publishing their papers in the Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Teknik Sipil, the Editorial Board decided that from Vol. 7 (1) 2023 which published on February 2023, the number of published articles for each Edition increased to 15 Papers.

Starting from Vol. 7 (2) 2023 which published on August 2023, the number of published articles for each edition increased to 20 papers. And starting from Vol. 8 (1) 2024, Jurnal Komposit: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Teknik Sipil published 25 papers on each edition.
