Abstract

Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) is one of the electronic traffic control plans that will be implemented on several road sections in DKI Jakarta. This study aims to identify changes in travel behavior towards the planned implementation of Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) on Jenderal Sudirman and Gatot Subroto streets, South Jakarta. Changes in travel behavior are marked by the option to continue passing through ERP-based roads or for drivers to have alternative routes. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires online to 446 respondents. Data processing used the Binary Logit method with statistical application, namely SPSS 25. The probability of ERP implementation based on Stated Preference or respondents' behavioral tendencies towards the choice of passing through toll roads or non-toll roads, as well as respondents' socio-economic-demographic factors, was obtained. The probability of traveling through the ERP road in the first scenario was only 43%, while choosing an alternative route was 57%. The higher the offered toll tariff, the higher the likelihood of a change in travel to seek alternative routes. Therefore, the implementation of ERP, which aims to reduce congestion on certain road sections, can be realized
