Integrasi Infrastruktur Shuttle Bus Kampus Universitas Andalas dengan Bus Trans Padang Koridor 6

The Trans Padang Corridor 6 (TP K6) rapid transit bus operates along the outer ring route from the North to the South through the Andalas University (Unand) campus in Limau Manis. To ensure complete coverage from South to North of the campus area, Unand management runs a free shuttle bus (campus bus). This study aims to assess the operational performance of Trans Padang buses in the Limau Manis campus area to help plan campus bus operations. Operational synergy is observed at the campus bus stop infrastructure. Data collection is carried out through dynamic surveys of vehicles, recording arrival and departure times as well as travel times in both directions to and from campus. The planned travel times obtained from dynamic surveys are essential for designing routes and stops. The surveys were independently conducted using two-wheeled vehicles (motorbikes). The operational performance of the TP K6 bus in the Unand Campus area includes an average headway of 11-12 minutes and an average travel time of 17 minutes and 47 seconds. The average bus speed is less than 25 km/hour. The campus bus route has a length of 3.75 km. The bus stop across from PKM serves as the beginning and end of the campus bus route. The planned number of bus stops for campus buses is 12 bus stops.
