Abstrak

Infrastruktur berkelanjutan telah menjadi fokus utama dalam pembangunan saat ini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis keberadaan faktor manusia dari perspektif psikologi individu dan sosial dalam pengembangan infrastruktur berkelanjutan. Studi ini menggunakan penilaian berbasis data dengan pendekatan metode campuran, memanfaatkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk secara komprehensif meneliti tantangan faktor manusia dalam mencapai tujuan pengembangan infrastruktur berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Insinyur Sipil memainkan peran penting dalam membangun infrastruktur berkelanjutan (Setiawan, 2022), termasuk mengawasi, mengelola, dan mengkoordinasikan berbagai aspek proyek infrastruktur berkelanjutan. Namun, dalam praktiknya, beberapa masalah masih terkait dengan mentalitas teknik di antara pemangku kepentingan intra dan antar organisasi dalam proyek pengembangan infrastruktur berkelanjutan. Masalah-masalah ini dapat menyebabkan konflik antar pemangku kepentingan, kesalahan teknis, dan keterlambatan proyek. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah ini. Dengan mengatasi masalah mentalitas teknik, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan proyek pengembangan infrastruktur berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh setelah melakukan survei, wawancara mendalam, dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion/Diskusi Kelompok Terfokus), masalah paling umum yang dihadapi oleh insinyur sipil dalam proyek pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan adalah masalah komunikasi dan kreativitas. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah ini agar mentalitas insinyur sipil menjadi lebih kuat dan proses pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan menjadi lebih baik.
