Pemetaan Kerawanan Banjir Berbasis Topografi Menggunakan Metode GIS-AHP di DAS Air Bengkulu

Banjir di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Air Bengkulu berkaitan dengan kondisi fisik wilayah, terutama perbedaan topografi antara bagian hulu dan hilir. Wilayah hilir yang berelevasi rendah dan berlereng landai cenderung lebih berpotensi menjadi zona akumulasi limpasan permukaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kerawanan banjir berbasis topografi menggunakan metode Geographic Information System dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (GIS-AHP) sebagai informasi awal dalam identifikasi wilayah rawan banjir di DAS Air Bengkulu. Parameter yang digunakan adalah elevasi dan kemiringan lereng yang diturunkan dari Digital Elevation Model Nasional (DEMNAS), kemudian direklasifikasi ke dalam lima kelas kerawanan dan diberi bobot menggunakan AHP. Hasil pembobotan menunjukkan bahwa elevasi memiliki bobot 0,667, sedangkan kemiringan lereng memiliki bobot 0,333. Integrasi kedua parameter melalui weighted overlay menghasilkan peta kerawanan banjir berbasis topografi dengan kelas sangat tinggi seluas 121,21 km² atau 24,27% dan kelas tinggi seluas 104,49 km² atau 20,92%. Jika digabungkan, kelas tinggi dan sangat tinggi mencakup 225,70 km² atau 45,19% dari wilayah hasil klasifikasi. Sebaran wilayah rawan tersebut terutama berada pada bagian hilir hingga tengah DAS. Validasi spasial menggunakan data kejadian banjir terverifikasi menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian spasial antara lokasi banjir terdokumentasi dan wilayah yang teridentifikasi rawan berdasarkan hasil pemetaan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai informasi awal untuk mendukung identifikasi wilayah prioritas mitigasi banjir, khususnya pada bagian hilir DAS Air Bengkulu. Namun, peta yang dihasilkan merupakan pemetaan kerawanan awal berbasis topografi, bukan representasi penuh dari seluruh faktor penyebab banjir.
