Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan   pemanfaatan peran dan kontribusi big data dalam paradigma pembelajaran di era normal, menuntut pembelajaran daring yang awalnya semua dilakukan dengan tatap muka. Penelitian bidang Teknologi Pendidikan memiliki domain penelitian dipaksa untuk merubah strategi pembelajaran tersebut. Diantaranya pemanfaatan teknologi yang sekarang sedang terjadi pandemi virus covid 19 yang merubah pembelajaran tatamuka menjadi daring/online. Pemanfaatan Big Data yang mampu melakukan pengembangan strategi (prosedur) pembelajaran dalam rangka memecahkan masalah / memudahkan belajar. Pemanfaatan bigdata dapat menyampaikan andil bagi penelitian di bidang pendidikan pada umumnya maupun teknologi pendidikan pada khususnya.

Metodelogi digunakan adalah mencakup pada analisis dan potensi implementasi big data di ranah penelitian Teknologi Pendidikan dengan melakukan analisis tinjauan literature. Data diperoleh dan digunakan adalah berupa jurnal lokal dan internasional terkait Implementasi big data di dunia Penelitian Teknologi Pendidikan.

Pengembangan aplikasi Penelitian Teknologi berbasis big data akan mampu memudahkan peneliti melihat potensi dan masalah dari setiap peserta didik. Berdasarkan data ini peneliti  akan mampu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap peserta didik, pengajar, bahan ajar serta pelaksana pembelajaran. Data tersebut bisa digunakan sebagai bagian dalam penyusunan kegiatan penelitian di masa depan
