Guru pondok pesantren selain mengajarkan ilmu agama juga membimbing santri dalam pengembangan karakter dan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam kehidupan. Mereka diharapkan mampu menjadi teladan dalam segala aspek kehidupan baik dalam aspek ibadah, akhlak maupun interaksi sosial. Dampak negatif globalisasi turut berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial guru di pesantren seperti emosi guru menjadi tidak stabil, sulit mengelola waktu, mudah stres, individualistis dan sulitnya berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi. Pelatihan menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelatihan adalah ketersediaan modul pelatihan yang cukup terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan modul pelatihan kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial guru di pondok pesantren. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian terhadap uji kelayakan oleh ahli agama sebesar 96%, ahli materi 85%, ahli bahasa 79% dan ahli desain 77%. Rata-rata yang didapatkan menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 84,25% atau dapat dikatakan “sangat layak”. Pengembangan modul pelatihan kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial guru menjadi salah satu alternatif perangkat pelatihan yang dapat digunakan guru di pondok pesantren. Dengan mengembangkan modul pelatihan yang relevan dan efektif diharapkan lembaga pondok pesantren dapat mendukung peningkatan mutu kompetensi para guru yang akhirnya akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di pondok pesantren.

Abstract

In addition to teaching religious knowledge, Islamic boarding school teachers also guide students in the development of Islamic character and values in life. They are expected to be able to be role models in all aspects of life, both in terms of worship, morals and social interaction. The negative impact of globalization also has an impact on the personality and social competence of teachers in Islamic boarding schools , such as teachers' emotions becoming unstable, difficult to manage time, easily stressed, individualistic, and difficulty communicating and interacting. Training is a means to improve teacher competence. One of the obstacles faced in training is the availability of training modules that are quite limited. Thisresearch aims to determine the feasibility of developing a teacher personality and social competency training module in Islamic boarding schools. The approach used in this study is the R&D of the ADDIE model. The results of the research on the feasibility test by religious experts were 96%, material experts 85%, linguists 79% and design experts 77%. The average obtained shows a feasibility percentage of 84.25% or can be said to be "very feasible". The development of teacher personality and social competency training modules is one of the alternative training tools that can be used by teachers in Islamic boarding schools. By developing relevant and effective training modules, it is hoped that Islamic boarding schools can support the improvement of the quality of teachers' competencies which will ultimately have a positive impact on improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.
