Publication Fee/Charge

Manuscript withdrawal by authors is strictly discouraged. The editorial process involves significant academic resources, including Editor time and contributions, Peer reviewer evaluations, Journal management operational costs. This policy is enforced to maintain editorial integrity, management accountability, and operational sustainability.

• Submit a formal withdrawal letter stating the explicit reasons for the withdrawal.
• The letter must be sent using the exact same email address used during the initial submission and correspondence.
• Send the email directly to the official address listed on the journal's website.
• Withdrawal of a manuscript after it has been processed but before publication requires payment of a withdrawal fee equivalent to the applicable publication fee. This fee covers administrative costs incurred during the review and preparation of the article.
• Withdrawing a manuscript after it has entered the production stage (copyediting, proofreading, layout, and finalization) is strongly discouraged. If an author still requests withdrawal at this stage, the author will be charged a compensation fee of IDR 2,000,000.
