PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS GAME UNTUK MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK: DESAIN DAN IMPLEMENTASI GAME PRODUKSI DAN DISTRIBUSI

Berikut adalah hasil terjemahan yang disesuaikan agar mengalir secara alami dalam gaya bahasa ilmiah/akademis Indonesia: Terjemahan: Manajemen rantai pasok merupakan salah satu sistem yang paling kompleks, yang membutuhkan pemahaman mendalam tentang proses-proses yang saling terhubung, pengambilan keputusan, serta interaksi yang dinamis. Penelitian ini menyajikan desain dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis gim untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa perguruan tinggi terhadap manajemen rantai pasok. Gim yang diusulkan ini dinamakan Production and Distribution Game (Gim Produksi dan Distribusi), yaitu sebuah simulasi interaktif yang merepresentasikan elemen-elemen kunci rantai pasok, termasuk aliran material dan informasi, pembiayaan, serta koordinasi antar pengguna. Penelitian ini melibatkan 40 mahasiswa S1 Teknik Industri yang mengambil mata kuliah logistik dan manajemen rantai pasok pada periode 2025–2026. Setelah sesi berakhir, survei berbasis skala Likert enam poin diberikan untuk mengevaluasi keterlibatan dan efektivitas gim tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata (mean) yang tinggi, berkisar antara 4,025 hingga 4,975, yang mengindikasikan persepsi positif mahasiswa terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran ini. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis gim dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan pemahaman konseptual mahasiswa. Selain itu, pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis gim ini juga menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning) bagi pendidikan logistik dan rantai pasok.
