Jurnal Manajemen (Edisi Elektronik) (JM-UIKA) (E-ISSN  2301-4628) is a scientific journal published by  Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor and managed by UPT Jurnal & Publikasi ilmiah (JPI) Pascasarjana.  JM-UIKA focuses on research and studies in the field of management, with the following scopes: (1) HR Management, (2) Marketing Management, (3) Financial Management, (4) Education Management, (5) Hospital Management, and (6)Sharia Management. Management Journal accepts manuscripts with a maximum turnitin yield of 25%. The review process is carried out using the Blind Review method.

Peer Review Process

All articles submitted to this journal will go through a review process as follows:

  1. Pre-reviewed by editors to ensure that the article meets journal requirements and is relevant to topics covered in the journal.
  2. Blindly reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewer for comments and recommendations in order to decide whether the article will be accepted or not.
  3. The editor will decide whether to accept or reject the article and can ask the author to revise the article before making a final decision.

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Manajemen (Edisi Elektronik) Published three volumes in the year,  in February, June and October.

Jurnal Manajemen (Edisi Elektronik) is an open-access journal, which means that all content is available free of charge at no cost to either the user or the institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for, or link to full-text articles in this journal without seeking prior permission from the publisher or author. This corresponds to Budapest Open Access Initiative

Journal History

Jurnal Manajemen (Edisi Elektronik) was published online for the first time in 2015 with 10 articles per year. Starting from Volume 8, no 1 and no 2 to 14 articles. The year 2017 became 16 articles with changes in the format and template. Accredited Jurnal Manajemen (Edisi Elektronik) sinta four from volume 8 no 1 June 2017. since the publication of volume 10 No 1 June 2019, the journal's name has been adjusted according to its name as written on E-ISSN, namely 'Jurnal Manajemen (Electronic Edition). Since Vol 10 no 2, December 2019, Jurnal Manajemen (Edisi Elektronik) has been accredited by Sinta-3 under the management of UPT Jurnal dan Publikasi Ilmiah (JPI) Pascasarjana.

Starting from the 11th edition of June 1, 2020, each number is ten articles, with changes to the pdf layout and including a DOI in each article. Starting from Volume 12 in 2021, the format of the article template has changed and will be published three times in 1 year, with 30 articles per year.

Starting from volume 13 of 2023, Jurnal Manajemen (Edisi Elektronik) is published every 5th with 12 articles per issue number.
