Peer Review

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow the focus and scope, as well as the author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscript must discuss scientific merit or novelty based on its direction and scope. The Editor-in-Chief has the right to reject articles that do not meet the theme or requirements of the Author's Guidelines. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism content. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to perform similarity checks. The editor checks the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal using TURNITIN software.

Research articles submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed using a double-blind review. Peer Review Statement Quality is assured through rigorous, integrity-based, anonymous peer evaluation of each primary paper by three independent referees. Reviewers provide comments of scientific value to improve the contents of the manuscript.

The Editor will make the final decision on article acceptance on behalf of the Editorial Board based on reviewer comments. Publication of accepted articles, including the order of published articles, will be carried out by the Editor-in-Chief, taking into account the responsibility for the date of acceptance and the geographical distribution of authors and thematic issues.

Review Results: Utilizing feedback from the peer review process, the Editor will make the final publication decision. The review process will take approximately 1 to 3 months. Decision categories include:

1. Rejected: Manuscripts that are rejected will not be published, and the author does not have the opportunity to resubmit a revised version of the manuscript to the Journal of Management (Electronic Edition) (JM-UIKA)
2. Resubmissions for Review: Submissions that require rework but with significant changes are acceptable. However, this requires a second round of review.
3. Accept with Revision: Manuscripts that receive a decision to accept pending revision will be published in the Management Journal (Electronic Edition) (JM-UIKA), provided that minor/significant modifications are made. Editors will review revisions to ensure necessary updates have been completed before publication.
Accept: Accepted manuscripts will be published in their current form without further modification.
After review, all pertinent information is sent to the author. Within a week or two, the author completes the article and sends the final version to the Editor's office. If, after this time period, the work is not returned (or the editorial board is not notified of any delay) – the paper is rejected.
