Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.

Panduan Penulis

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR WRITING ARTICLES

  1. Manuscripts sent to the editorial staff of the Management Journal are research results and thoughts.
  2. The article has never been published in other media. If the article or part of the article has been published or presented, the author is required to include this information.
  3. The manuscript is generally written in standard Indonesian or English, using Times New Roman 12, A4 paper size, according to the existing template, with a line density of 1.15 spaces.
  4. The manuscripts sent are between 15 and 20 pages  (including abstracts, pictures, graphs/tables and bibliography). At the same time, the abstract is written in English between 150 to 250 words and accompanied by 3-5 keywords. The number of introductions is between 400-800 words, the total content of the research method is around 300 - 600 words, the overall results and discussion are 2,000-4,000 words, while the conclusion contains 200-500 words.
  5. Posts are sent via online submission at: http://ejournal.uika-bogor.ac.id/index.php/Manajemen/register.
  6. Manuscripts submitted to the editor will go through a double-blind review process by the reviewer, and the Editor determines whether to accept or not be taken. The editor will re-edit the published manuscript without changing the substance.
  7. The research paper consists of the structure of the title, abstract, introduction, research methods, results and discussion, conclusions and references.
  8. The author's identity is not written in the script but in the metadata.
  9. Format citation (body note) and bibliography following APA Referencing Style, Mendeley References Management
  10. The literature in the bibliography contains only the sources referenced or quoted in the manuscript.
  11. Reference sources referred to in the manuscript should also refer to several scientific journal articles.
