The literature used to develop the research model addressed the research problems; moreover, the literature on inclusive leadership, psychological safety, resilience, and innovative work behavior was used. The research approach applied in this study employs an explanatory quantitative design, and the researcher collected data via an online questionnaire from 210 active Generation Z employees in the Greater Jakarta area who had been working for at least 1 year. To analyze the data, the researcher conducted Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS. Structural model evaluation indicates that inclusive leadership significantly enhances psychological safety, which then serves as a crucial underlying mechanism that strengthens employee resilience and innovative work behavior.
