Abstract

This study was motivated by the limited proficiency of teachers in implementing the Cerdas Berbahasa Indonesia Fonik (CBIFonik) Level Terampil model, which resulted in suboptimal learning implementation. This condition highlights the need for a systematic, flexible, and accessible training medium. The study aimed to develop a valid, feasible, and effective Creative E-Module for Cerdas Berbahasa Indonesia Fonik Level Terampil using the Research and Development (R&D) method based on the Dick and Carey instructional design model. The research subjects were teachers at SDIT Bening, Bogor City. The findings revealed that the e-module development was based on comprehensive instructional analysis and the integration of creativity indicators through the “Teacher Creative Activities” feature. The developed e-module achieved an average expert validation score of 94.6% and a teacher response score of 83.81%, indicating that it was highly feasible. The effectiveness test demonstrated an improvement in the average score from 26.75 in the pre-test to 81.13 in the post-test, with an average N-Gain score of 0.73, categorized as high, confirming the effectiveness of the e-module. In conclusion, the Creative E-Module is feasible and effective in enhancing teachers’ competence in implementing Cerdas Berbahasa Indonesia Fonik Level Terampil.
