Focus and Scope

The journal's scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Islamic Education Management, including educational leadership, quality management, institutional governance, strategic management, and policy in Islamic educational institutions;
  • Islamic Educational Thought, including classical and contemporary Islamic educational philosophy, thinkers, theories, intellectual traditions, and epistemological perspectives;
  • Islamic Science and Education, including the integration of Islamic perspectives with science, technology, curriculum, and learning;
  • Islamic Education Curriculum and Learning, including curriculum development, instructional models, teaching strategies, assessment, learning innovation, and educational technology;
  • Islamic Religious Education, including the teaching and learning of Islamic Religious Education in formal, non-formal, and informal educational settings;
  • Guidance and Counseling in Islamic Education, including Islamic approaches to student development, character formation, counseling, and educational psychology; and
  • Contemporary Issues in Islamic Education, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, globalization, multiculturalism, character education, educational inclusion, and other emerging issues relevant to Islamic education.
