Penetrasi Pumping HR Model dalam pemeliharaan personaliti dan pengembangan diri karyawan PT Dua Karya Berkah

he purposed of this study to combined the models of pumping HR Method and evaluation system in the company that have by Dua Karya Berkah Company. In Pumping HR models, there are three concept that must be on evaluation of company employees. The concept are principle power, competency power, and action power. Penetration of the concept pumping HR Model will be applied on midterm meetings and evaluation. Before penetration, the writers will be classifying the character of employees on two groups. First group is good character and the second is bad characters. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah mengombinasikan metode Pumping HR model dengan sistem evaluasi yang sudah diaplikasikan oleh PT Dua Karya Berkah. Dalam Pumping HR Model, terdapat tiga konsep yang harus ada dalam meningkatkan personaliti dan pengembangan diri karyawan. Tiga konsep tersebut adalah priciple power, competency power, dan action power. Penetrasi dari konsep Pumping HR Model akan diaplikasikan dalam proses brifing karyawan dan evaluasi tengah tahun. Sebelum penetrasi, karyawan akan dibagi menjadi dua bagian berdasarkan karakternya, yaitu karakter baik (sehat) dan karakter buruk (sakit).
