The development of the digital era has increased the risk of anxiety and depression in adolescents due to academic pressure, social media use, and changes in social interaction patterns. This study aims to analyze the conditions of anxiety and depression in high school students and examine the role of Islamic Religious Education in addressing them. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive field method conducted at the Daar El Biir Modern Islamic Boarding School-SMP-SMA Plus Cendekia Cikeas. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study concludes that Islamic Religious Education functions as a psycho-spiritual approach that supports the prevention and management of anxiety and depression in students in the digital era
